D’Artagnan Bernard Caliman

D’Artagnan Caliman is currently Director for the Justice Oregon for Black Lives initiative at Meyer Memorial Trust. Prior, D’Artagnan served as Executive Director of Building Changes, a Seattle based nonprofit working to end homelessness across WA state. D’Artagnan has led in community based and philanthropic organizations across the juvenile justice, child welfare, and homelessness sectors for 25 years. He brings a deep appreciation and knowledge in addressing racial justice issues within BIPOC communities. D’Artagnan has a MSW from Portland State University. He is an alumnus from foster care out of the state of Oregon and his family is a true testament of what families can overcome with love and resilience.
